I wish attendings would stop wrapping unknown slides with layers and layers of paper (or in this case surgical tape). That prevents the slide from lying flat on the stage and interferes with focusing. I am spending more time peeling the tape off the backs of the slides while keeping it on the name sticker than I am looking at the slides.
